Waiver-Eligibility
Waiver Eligibility for Sulaikh Journal
Sulaikh Journal may consider waiving publication fees for certain authors based on their circumstances. The following criteria will be considered:
- Financial Hardship: Authors who can demonstrate financial hardship may be eligible for a fee waiver.
- Institutional Support: Authors who are affiliated with institutions that provide funding for publication fees may be eligible for a waiver.
- Research Significance: Authors whose research is deemed to be of exceptional significance to the field may be eligible for a waiver.
- Geographic Location: Authors from low-income countries or regions may be eligible for a waiver.
To request a fee waiver, please submit the following:
- A completed fee waiver request form
- Supporting documentation, such as proof of financial hardship, a letter from an institutional representative, or a statement explaining the research significance
The editorial board will review all fee waiver requests and make a decision on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: Fee waivers are not guaranteed, and the editorial board reserves the right to deny any request.
