Withdrawal Policy

2. Withdrawal Reasons: Authors may request withdrawal of their manuscript for the following reasons:

  • Author's Decision: The author(s) may decide to withdraw the manuscript for personal or professional reasons.
  • Ethical Concerns: The author(s) may identify ethical issues or conflicts of interest that necessitate withdrawal.
  • Duplicate Submission: The manuscript has been submitted to another journal or conference.
  • Copyright Issues: There are copyright or licensing concerns that prevent publication.
  • Editorial Decision: The editorial team determines that the manuscript is not suitable for publication.

3. Withdrawal Procedure:

  1. Written Request: The author(s) must submit a written request for withdrawal to the journal's editorial office. The request should clearly state the reason for withdrawal.
  2. Timeline: The withdrawal request must be submitted before the manuscript is accepted for publication.
  3. Notification: The editorial office will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request and notify the corresponding author.
  4. Review Status: If the manuscript is currently under review, the editorial team will inform the reviewers and halt the review process.
  5. Data Retention: The journal may retain a copy of the withdrawn manuscript for its records.
